Fresh garlic and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds a zingy touch for the perfect balance of flavours. This pantry staple is ideal when spread thick on an Italian-inspired sandwich with salami and fresh cheese, or served on a cheeseboard with charcuterie and biscuits. A spoonful also adds wonderful depth of flavour to any tomato-based sauce.
