This much-loved extra virgin olive oil blend is a fusion of 5 Italian varieties grown in the sun and soil on the slopes of the Simonsberg. Take a sip and feel the silkiness on the tongue and in the throat. You will taste fruity, herb, peppery notes and soft, subtle florals. Pure golden goodness!

Aroma:
Fresh notes of mint, especially, and a hint of honeysuckle as a gentle top note.

Taste:
A good mouthfeel on the palate, with notes of fresh herbs and nuts, smoothly followed by a medium intensity of bitter, peppery notes. A well-balanced and harmonious oil to use in a variety of culinary endeavours.

How To Serve:
A versatile wonder, this olive oil can be used with almost anything. Delicious with steamed fish, Caprese salad, steamed veggies, or pasta. A tablespoon mixed into yoghurt will reduce the acidity of the yoghurt for an ultra creamy result. It pairs exceptionally well with eggs; simply drizzle over boiled eggs or whisk a glug into your egg mixture for the lightest omelette. You can also fry our breakfast eggs in it.
