My pet hate is a bedside lamp with its switch attached to the cable. There’s nothing more irritating having to go fishing for it in the dark down the side of the bed, or behind the bedside table. In this case, however, it’s clearly not a standing lamb, so the switch hangs down, conveniently positioned, just below the fitting which makes it dead easy to find. The satin black finish of the bracket is of a high standard too, VERY happy with my choice!
